It with great pride and joy that I announce Nathalie Pauwels as earning Academic All-American recognition for 2010 High School Girls Lacrosse.
All-American recognition was conducted through US Lacrosse Organization after coaches nominations.

Girls Summer Ball

Any incoming Freshman or any girl interested in playing lacrosse who will be attending Mission 2010/2011 is welcome to come out to play Summer Ball. We will have practice this Thursday 6/17 from 3:45pm to 5:30pm at La Paz. Price is $65 for a six week league that plays every Wednesday in Newport between 4pm and 8pm. Congratulations to your new 2011 Lacrosse Board....President - Yvette Cervantes, Vice Presidents - Pete and Heather Armes along with Mary Nuxoll, Treasurer - Sue Coe and possibly Pat Cabuling as Secretary. We are fortunate to have such an amazing group of lacrosse parents - watch out 2011!!!

MORE CONGRATULATIONS goes out to Megan Armes for making the first all-county team. She will be in a photo shoot to be printed in the OC Register next week. Also, Nathalie Pauwels made the second all-county team. Megan now joins Madison Schnur as Mission Viejo HS as one of the best young lacrosse players in South Orange County.
